Part A — SMS Program Terms (for tattoo clients)

• Program: 1:1 appointment and quote texts with a participating tattoo studio (for example Inked by Carson, Lewisville, TX), operated on the Artist HQ platform. No cold marketing blasts.
• How you opt in: by texting the studio's published HQ number first. Every conversation is started by you.
• AI-assisted replies: replies may come from the studio's automated AI booking assistant, with the human artist overseeing and taking over on request. The assistant will never claim to be human.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT), or just say so in your own words — "stop texting me", "take me off your list", etc. We confirm once and send nothing further. Reply HELP or INFO for help.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your conversation; automated follow-ups are capped at 3 per 24 hours and only sent within permitted hours.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Age: you must be 18 or older to inquire about or book tattoo services.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy, including how to delete your photos and data.

Part B — Studio Platform Terms of Service (for participating studios & artists)

1. Inbound-only consent rule. Studios may only text clients who first texted the studio's HQ number. Uploading, importing, or blasting cold, purchased, or unconsented historical lead lists is prohibited; imported/manual contacts are marked non-textable by the platform.
2. A2P 10DLC. Each studio must hold its own approved A2P 10DLC Brand and Campaign registration before Twilio 10DLC SMS is enabled for it.
3. Quiet hours. Automated follow-ups run only within state-permitted hours, including Texas SB 140 (Sundays noon–8 PM; Mon–Sat 9 AM–8 PM) and the Florida, Oklahoma, Washington and Maryland mini-TCPA limits (8 AM–8 PM recipient local time, max 3 automated messages per 24 hours). The platform enforces these by studio and recipient area code; studios may not override them.
4. AI disclosure. Studios must use a bio / link-in-bio call to action that discloses AI assistance (template below) and keep a human artist available for escalations.
5. 18+ only. Studios must not book minors through the platform.
6. Data Processing Agreement. The Studio Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into these terms. Studios must honor client deletion and opt-out requests promptly.
7. Kill switch, launch gate and security controls are described in the Security Protocol.
